The Coastal Conservancy acts with others to preserve, protect and restore the resources of the California Coast. Our vision is of a beautiful, restored and accessible coastline.

The Conservancy has solicited proposals from three environmental and engineering consulting firms to complete design, engineering, and permitting work for the Tijuana Estuary Sediment Fate and Transport Study to be completed at the Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve. The following documents serve as background information for the contractors selected to submit bids on this project.
